ORDERS

• $150: Minimum initial order for new accounts
• $100: Minimum reorder
• There will be a $10 Service Charge on approved orders below the minimum reorder amount.

PAYMENT TERMS

• C.O.D: We do not accept C.O.D.
• PRE-PAYMENTS: Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment, either by check or credit card.
• CREDIT CARD: We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Payment of past due invoices is subject to a 2.5% service fee.
• NET 30 DAYS: Upon Credit approval, orders will be shipped on net 30 day terms.
• CREDIT APPROVAL: All applications for credit must include the applicant’s complete billing and shipping addresses along with fax and phone information. A minimum of 3 trade references and 1 bank reference must be furnished. Complete addresses, phone and fax numbers must be included for each trade reference. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for the processing of new credit applications. Accounts will be set up as prepaid where credit has not been established. All prepaid accounts must pay with credit card or check.
• FINANCE CHARGES: A late charge of 1.5% (18% annually) will be levied on past due accounts.
• OVERPAYMENTS: Overpayments can be refunded upon request.

CLAIMS

• All claim for damages, wrong or short shipments must be MADE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF MERCHANDISE. All shipments must be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please contact our office directly to file a claim. Any merchandise returned/refused will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and appropriate freight charges. Replacements for damaged merchandise will be shipped upon receipt of returned goods at our warehouse. If items are out of stock, appropriate deductions will be applied. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for all claims to be processed. Any claims for shortages or damages made after 30 days from the invoice date will not be honored.

SHIPPING

• The established shipping and order processing time is 10 working days. Please allow a 5 to 7 day grace period for orders shipped outside of California. All shipments will be shipped either UPS or FEDEX ground, unless noted on sales order. If no shipping instructions are supplied, we will ship all freight-prepaid orders through the preferred carriers. All oversized packages will be levied at an additional charge. For all air packages, all customers will be contacted prior to shipping for a freight cost approval.
• NEXT DAY AIR: Next day air shipments will be sent only upon the customer’s written approval.

BACKORDERS

• All backorders will be canceled 4 months after the original ship date. Backorders under $100 will be canceled immediately.

DIRECT IMPORT ORDERS

• Please contact our office for any special orders. Minimum quantity and a deposit may apply. Please allow 12 to 14 weeks for all direct import orders to be processed.
